We are looking for experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professionals to own and grow a book of business, lead complex sales cycles from first contact to close, and deliver innovative solutions to employers navigating today's benefits landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts
  • Drive new business through targeted outreach, market research, and cold calls
  • Lead full sales cycles — proposals, RFP responses, pricing negotiations, and close
  • Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships across new and existing accounts
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and represent the business at key industry events

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling employee benefits to companies in the 1,000–5,000 employee range
  • Strong knowledge of the Health & Benefits or Employee Benefits consulting industry
  • Established network with demonstrated access to C-suite executives
  • Active Life and Health License — preferred
  • Location - San Francisco | Irvine | Los Angeles | Las Vegas | Washington DC | Chicago | Houston | Dallas | Atlanta | Charlotte Hybrid — minimum 3 days in office per week
